Man Sin (Mandy) Chan

Mandy started in real estate in 2015, built on a belief that long-term wealth comes from acquiring quality property and continuing to invest in it — and she has run her own portfolio on exactly that principle ever since.

As Managing Director she leads HAC SA with the same long view: looking after clients well beyond a single transaction, and building an agency people come back to rather than pass through. She works across residential sales, property management and commercial advisory.
